The Poplars Touring Park
The Poplars is a small caravan and camping touring park which is conveniently situated about 2 miles from Bridlington - near to the village of Sewerby. We provide a good quality shower and toilet block which has a washing up point and hair dryers. All the pitches have electric hook ups available, and some are hard standing. The site is mostly level, with some gently sloping areas. Assistance with caravan siting is freely provided. Although we do accept children, please note that we not have any play facilities and do not allow ball games. We do not have a shop or clubhouse. However, there is a supermarket a short drive away and we are next door to a pub which has a very good restaurant (opening times are restricted in low season). The Poplars has many regular customers who appreciate the fact that it is a very quiet site. We do not welcome large group bookings, and do not normally accept single-sex groups. Dogs are accepted (for a small charge) on the strict understanding they are kept on leads at all times. Please note that we get fully booked up at busy times and pre-booking is advisable. We regret that we cannot accept very long caravans (max. towing length 22ft.) or very long motorhomes. The site is close to Bempton RSPB Reserve (2 miles), whilst the beach is approximately 0.75 miles away. The links golf course is only 0.5 miles.
