Ashton Holiday Flats

'Ashton' Holiday Flats are well situated off the Bridlington South Marine Drive in a good residential area, a few minutes walk from the beach, theatre and shops. The two flats are in a large, semi-detached house, privately owned. The proprietors are in residence on the ground floor. Both flats have sea views, nicely decorated and furnished, pictures, ornaments, are immaculately clean, carpeted throughout. All rooms are double glazed. Automatic fire alarm system has been installed and emergency lighting. First floor flat comprises a large sitting room with bay windows, 3 piece suite and dining table TV and electric fire. Kitchen has electric oven, microwave, fridge, cupboards and work surfaces. There are 2 bedrooms one with single bed and one with double bed. The larger has a washbasin and shaver point. Bathroom has bath with shower over, washbasin, heated towel rail and shaver point. There are electric heaters for the bedrooms if required. The flat only takes 3 people. Second floor flat has a large sitting room with good views of the sea, 3 piece suite and dining table and electric fire. There is one bedroom with double bed and washbasin for 2 people. Bathroom has bath, toilet and electric shower over and a heated towel rail. Kitchen has electric oven microwave and fridge. Electricity is included in the price as there are no meters. There is plenty of hot water always available. Linen , towels and tea towels are also provided. Ashton Holiday Flats have their own parking facilities. It is a non smoking establishment. Sorry, we do not accept children or pets. The flats are unsuitable for the disabled. We are catering for over fifties as the clientele we have prefer a quiet environment for their holidays. Ashton holiday flats are within easy reach of the Bridlington harbour and beach. Sewerby Hall which has an Elizabethan garden, Burton Agnes Hall which is Elizabethan in architecture and has a unique gallery of works of art. Also in the area is a nature reserve, RSPB centre at Bempton Cliffs. At Rudston village is an ancient monolith.
