No 8 Boynton

No. 8 Boynton is a delightful whitewashed self catering country cottage located in the quiet village of Boynton. The property has been extended, renovated and furnished to a very high standard whilst retaining many of the original period features. No 8 is set in the Yorkshie Wolds farming village of Boynton with the seaside town of Bridlington only 2.5 miles to the east. The property is ideally sited for counrty walking, fishing, pony trekking, parachuting and the several golf courses in the area. The coastal resorts of Bridlingotn, Filey, Scarborough and Whitby are within an easy drive as are the historic market town of Beverley and the walled city of York. The breathtaking North Yorkshire Moors and the rolling Yorkshire Wolds are on your doorstep. No 8 is a two storey detached cottage sleeping a maximum of 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, electric hob and oven, microwave, washer/dryer, toaster and wall mounted tv. The separate dining room features the stone flagged floor and range original to the property. There is an impressive walnut sideboard and the mahogany dining table seats 4. The cosy living room has an open fire and for your entertainment there is a TV/Video/DVD player, CD/radio/cassette player and a selection of books, games and magazines. The master bedroom features a beautiful half-tester bed, original built in cupboards and fireplace (not in use). A hairdryer is provided. The large bathroom has a white suite including corner bath and separate electric shower. Various toiletries are provided for your use. The second bedroom has twin divan beds and matching wardrobe, drawers and bedside unit. Outside is a large private lawn enclosed by flowerbeds. Garden furniture and a BBQ are provided. There is ample private off road parking. The cottage is fully centrally heated. All linen, towels and fuel are included. Fresh flowers, bottle of wine, milk, tea, coffee, sugar and a fresh loaf of bread await your arrival. No 8 is a no smoking property and regretfully pets cannot be accommodated.
