North Kingsfield Farm is a small working farm set in open countryside, nicely off the beaten track, but only a few minutes away from the village of Fraisthorpe with its quiet, unspoilt sandy beach and the busy harbour town of Bridlington. The medieval barn, possibly of viking origin, has been converted to a very high standard with sympathetically furnished with antique and reproduction furniture. Each cottage shares the use of very spacious grounds including a large duck pond and 3 acres of mature woodland. A haven for wildlife and wild flowers and home to some of the few surviving mature elm trees. The barn is converted into 3 cottages: The Grainary is ideal for couples. This 1st floor apartment is accessed via the original external grainary steps. There is a spacious open-plan living room with electric wood burner, dining area and hand-crafted farmhouse style kitchen. The double bedroom has a 5' sleigh bed, ensuite bathroom with corner spa bath and beamed sloping ceiling throughout. Mill House sleeps 4 and is a ground floor apartment with beamed, open-plan living room with log burning stove, exposed stone walls, dining area and well equipped hand crafted, farmhouse style kitchen. There is a double bedroom with 5' sleigh bed with ensuite bathroom and twin bedded room also with ensuite. The stable sleeps 5, very spacious, beamed, ope-plan living room with log burning stove, exposed stone walls, cast iron ovens and arch to well equipped hand crafted, farmhouse style kitchen / dining room. There is a cloakroom / wc on the ground floor and 2 spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on the 1st floor.
